If we haven’t worked with you before, some prerequisites are requested which may include the following:
- Graphic Standards Manual/Brand Style Guide
- Logo/Logotype in Illustrator EPS vector art format with all fonts as outlines
- Fonts/Typeface used in previous layouts in OTF or PS format
- Color definitions in CMYK, RGB, or PMS
- Marketing Plan and/or Business Plan
- Creative Brief
- All copy(written text) and high resolution images to be used in the project
Of course, if you do not have any of these items listed, they can be created for you at additional costs.
The Process
- Granthem Creative receives client’s Creative Brief for the project
- Initial payment made to Granthem Creative to begin work on project
- Three initial concepts for logo and wireframes for landing page/homepage are produced and delivered to client for review
- Client selects 1 out of the 3 (or combines them in some way or another)
- Revised logo and layout is created from decision with up to 3 slight variations, if necessary
- Client approves 1 version and we work until client approval and sign-off
- 2nd payment is made to Granthem Creative upon approval
- Production Art and final layouts are now created to meet client and web standards
- Production Art signed off by client and final ‘tweaks’ on website performed
- CD/DVD is made with all necessary digital files included and mailed to client OR a .zip file is emailed to client OR delivered via Dropbaox
- Final payment made to Granthem Creative
- Job Complete–Website goes live
